Your afternoon is wide open for a nap or for some shopping. There are fantastic restaurant, pub and entertainment options to choose from this evening. Overnight DUBLIN

DAY 2 | NEWGRANGE & BOYNE VALLEY

Your tour starts in earnest this morning with collection by private chauffeur from your door. The adventure begins in an area of Ireland’s ancient east known as “Royal” County Meath. Popular highlights today include the famous neolithic complex at Bru na Boinne (Newgrange), the Hill of Tara (ancient seat of the High Kings of Ireland) and Trim Castle (the largest Hiberno- Norman fortress in Ireland). DAY 3 | CONNEMARA & GALWAY CITY

Our next stop will be at the National Park of Connemara that is located across the midlands on the Atlantic Coast of Ireland. Here is where several movies were filmed, including the classic John Wayne movies, “The Quiet Man” and “The Field.” The beautiful villages of Roundstone or Leenane offer a beautiful view of the only fjord in Ireland, Killary Harbour. Visit a part of the troubled and difficult past of Ireland, the ruins of a famine village and Kylemore Abbey, before arriving in Galway City, the heart of Ireland’s Gaelic culture. Enjoy an authentic dinner, a Guinness, and some fresh ocean air. Overnight GALWAY

DAY 4 | ARAN ISLANDS

Today is the day you will get to visit Aran Islands to experience the “Real Gaelic” side of Ireland. From the “Dún Aengus” fortress perilously perched at the Atlantic edge to sandy beaches and thatched cottages, you will enjoy the offerings of this area. Don’t forget to shop for your traditional “Aran sweaters.” In the afternoon, you can enjoy a relaxing afternoon in Galway City, as well as some shopping, eating, and fun! Overnight GALWAY

DAY 5 | CLIFFS of MOHER, BURREN & KILLARNEY

The National Geographic has named this one of the top ten coastal drives in Europe. Enjoy visiting the Galway Bay shores, which offers a “lunar” Burren region landscape that is unique and unmatched. Castle and monastery ruins line the route before we enjoy lunch in Doolin, a local fishing village. Amazing views from the “Cliffs of Moher” will be enjoyed at our next stop before we continue our tour via Bunratty Castle and the Shannon River, to County Kerry’s premier town, Killarney. Overnight KILLARNEY

DAY 6 | DINGLE PENINSULA

Dingle, a breathtaking national park with a Gaelic speaking (Gaeltacht) fishing village, is our next destination. Some of the oldest Christian sights, as well as wild, natural beauty, will be enjoyed before you explore Dingle on your own for lunch and shopping. An interesting tour to view the traditional stone walls and sheep filled fields around Slea Head is our next stop, with great views of Sleeping Giant Island. This island is where a portion of the Spanish Armada wrecked after battling the English Imperial Navy in 1588. Overnight KILLARNEY

DAY 7 | RING OF KERRY

Today look forward to touring the world famous Ring of Kerry. Also known as the Iveragh Peninsula, the Ring was made famous after hitting international screens as the backdrop of several Hollywood blockbusters from the 1950s onwards. A favourite of Queen Victoria, President of France – General Charles de Gaulle and Charlie Chaplin the area has much to explore including Killarney National Park, Moll’s Gap, Lakes of Killarney, Muckross House, romantic Torc Waterfall, coastal village of Waterville and views of the wild Skelling rocks (Star Wars The Force Awakens). DAY 8 | BLARNEY CASTLE & EXCLUSIVE KINSALE

Many film legends, literary giants, and world statemen have enjoyed the climb of Blarney Castle’s 15th century battlements to receive “The Gift of the Gab!” by kissing the mystical Blarney stone. This morning you’ll have a go too! Afterwards, tour to the exclusive harbour town of Kinsale where you can enjoy a gourmet lunch washed down with a pint of Cork’s favourite stout, Murphy’s.
