This private bespoke tour takes you to Ireland’s southern capital of Cork, offering a perfect balance of time in both town and countryside. Here, on the Southern Atlantic Coast, you’ll explore quaint towns and villages with narrow winding streets, brightly painted houses, bobbing fishing boats and great little quayside pubs.
Perhaps discover the traditional craft of crystal cutting at Waterford, or sample the juice of the barley at Midleton’s Jameson Distillery. Significantly, rural travel allows you to connect with the welcoming, gregarious people- perhaps Ireland’s most valuable asset. And as we’ve travelled every road in Cork, we have friends in every doorway and there’s always a pint of Murphy’s and a half dozen oysters waiting for our guests at the local bar!
Each day, explore Ireland with your own private guide, and stay at authentic regional accommodations. Whatever your interests-sightseeing, culture, history, family activities, gardens, castles or cuisine-this tour is highly recommended and will be customized accordingly. The tour can also be done in reverse, or extended by a few nights; your wish is our command!
